Include a useful reference

For a purchase, provide the order number and checkout email. For a product, send its link and variation. Explain the issue, relevant dates and requested action.

Report an item or parcel issue

Describe missing, incorrect or damaged goods and provide available photos of the item, packaging and label where useful. Include a tracking reference for delivery concerns and retain relevant materials while we review the case.

Changes need acceptance

Request address corrections or cancellation promptly. We check the fulfillment stage and confirm what remains possible. A sent request does not itself amend an order.

Obtain return instructions

Ask for authorization and the correct destination before posting. A sender label or business contact address is not automatically a return facility. The Return & Refund Policy explains conditions and cost allocation.

Keep credentials private

Do not email passwords, complete card numbers or security codes. We may request limited details to locate an order or verify authority. No unconfirmed reply deadline or additional support channel is promised.
